Very interesting indeed. And good to see, better late than never. I couldn't believe they took so long to get international. Perhaps B&N has finally got a clue and is on the upswing. They did release a new e-ink reader as well (improved resolution and light).

By the way, if it is anything like the other apps, it will connect to your account and download ebooks on a "as needed" basis. Even their ereaders won't download "everything" at once. They will download new books you just purchased, but not if you register a device. All the books bought previously won't download until you manually ask for them. Last I knew, their phone apps worked this way by default due to space considerations, and I suspect this app is the same way.
