Yes, it's almost without doubt a case of different UK and US publishers. The majority of Gollancz (SF Gateway) material is available everywhere in the world except Canada and the USA. They appear to have Dickson's complete back catalogue, but unfortunately it's not available in the US. It's a real nuisance.
