Unhappy A little disappointed...

I recently got the Kobo Arc, after winning a contest. It's great and all that it's part Android tablet, part eReader until I realized something... it doesn't open up any ePubs that are downloaded from the internet.

I was trying to open it up with "Books", but the book was not there, even though I loaded it from my laptop to the device. What I had to do was to download another app from Google Play called Adliko (I think some of you are familiar with it). and was able to open it up from there. It's so weird because my old Kobo device, Kobo Touch, is able to open up any ePub (from Kobo store and downloaded outside the store in the internet). Plus, it doesn't make any sense why I still need to download a separate app from Google Play, if it's already an eReader.

I did talk to someone from Kobo about this, and they pretty much said what the little instruction guide stated.

Any thoughts?
