Removing fonts though is really easy you can use the modify epub plugin to delete the fonts folder inside the book then just click the fonts box on Calibre's Look in Feel conversion window. This will remove the Font-Family style from the style sheet. That's all there is too it!
Awesome thanks, I will try this. The reason I don't want to remove fonts with conversion anymore is that I'm reaching my dropbox limit and I don't want the duplicate files hanging around. If Dropbox would only offer a cheaper solution than $9.99/month...
