If the book had any restrictions on it, I shouldnt have been able to buy it in the first place.
I cant think of any logical excuse as to why its my fault or ok on Kobos part to allow me to pay for it and then not give me the book.
I emailed them straight away but of course they have not replied. I am currently connected to Live Assistance but it just keeps says Searching For An Available Agent and its now been just over an hour so I am guessing there just arent any agents there today despite the service supposedly being available.
This is so incredibly frustrating.

Yes, that is what happened to me. It didn't block the purchase until I logged into Paypal. Kobo put a temporary charge on my card that dropped off a week or so later. I didn't notice the price change until I tried to buy the book again. It was only 79 cents so not that big of a deal.
