It was a New Zealand book on the New Zealand site and I was able to download the sample first. It had the full price to begin with, it only changed to $0.00 after I had paid for it.
If the book had any restrictions on it, I shouldnt have been able to buy it in the first place.
I cant think of any logical excuse as to why its my fault or ok on Kobos part to allow me to pay for it and then not give me the book.
I emailed them straight away but of course they have not replied. I am currently connected to Live Assistance but it just keeps says Searching For An Available Agent and its now been just over an hour so I am guessing there just arent any agents there today despite the service supposedly being available.
This is so incredibly frustrating.
