I am happy that you like it. In case you share your reader with your wife she might not be so much interested in using the Japanese-English dictionary, but sometimes she might wish to use the original Japanese-Japanese dictionary. I have prepared a dictionary that combines both the Japanese-English and Japanese-Japanese dictionaries in one (you can see an example entry
in this post, last picture). I am reluctant to provide the download link here, but can PM it if you like.

This should work out of the box. If you don't see the titles, it might perhaps be connected with the encoding in the epub.
