Animal control out here could care less. It's sad but true. Landlord did put out a flyer that they people were not allowed to leave their pets unattended all day. So before that flyer during the summer it was 8AM till 9PM everyday and there was like 4 pet owners who did this. I would hear dogs barking and whining all day long. So it was the best we could do. Now it's just while they are home. Luckily tonight it's so cold no dog is out.
