I love my Nexus 7, too. I haven't loaded any reading apps on it except Nook and Sony. Sony won't let me open it because it keeps getting hung up on the ADE activation. I know I am entereing the correct password as I just changed it due to the hacking fiasco at Adobe. Will try to have a chat with the Sony folks tomorrow.
I plan to get the Mantano app (paid version) but am making myself wait until I finish my great Calibre check-and-reconvert project. I still hope to be done by the end of the month, though I am a bit behind schedule. Plus I plan to take a chunk of time Tuesday to read the new Shannon Stacey book.
