First, thanks all for responding.....
I guess what I'm really looking for is a place to track the artists/genres I like and see when new stuff comes out and/find similar artists. Less social than goodreads, but still useful.
Unlike my brothers I don't really live on music sites stalking my faves to see what their lives are like so I need a go between ;-)
