Amazon.com might be of use. When shopping for albums in the MP3 Music section, there are user recommendations available. Also, as you shop there will generate recommendations for albums that you might like (including why they recommended it).

Another place I've found useful to find music is YouTube. It's helped me find new music that I might be interested in.
