Lit, e-ink, and bigger than six inches, leads you toward something like the Kobo Aura HD, so long as you're prepared to strip the Kindle DRM (conversion is a doddle after that). E-ink web browsing is never truly satisfactory on an e-ink screen, but it works.
I've heard no rumours about a bigger Paperwhite, which isn't to say that one won't come one day.
