Or install and run one copy in a VM. Win 7 Pro owners can still download and install XP mode (get it done before MS terminates XP support next spring) and everyone else can use VMWARE Player, but need to provide their own guest Windows OS. Its a lot of work though just to get two instances of the same software running concurrently, but if you already have a Windows VM for other uses, is worth considering.

However the Calibre E-book Viewer does allow multiple instances. I just launched two instances of it (without starting the main Calibre program) and have two different MOBI format books open and tiled side by side right now.
