I had the same problem after using the 80% code a few days ago.
Have you been able to get it to sync with any Kobo reading apps at all? I have tried signing off and back on, using different browers, and different countries. I can't access the book at all.
After using the online chat help I was offered a refund but haven't accepted it yet as I find it very hard to believe that Kobo continues to offer this book but not actually have it available for people to read!
After initially reporting my problem on Friday the book disappeared from the front page and could only be found by searching for the title or author. It has reappeared on the front page but they haven't fixed the problem.
I would imagine that this book would normally be quite a good seller. There are going to be a LOT of very pissed off people unless it is fixed very soon.

Actually I just noticed that it is still listed as "pre order" on the US site to be released on the 2nd December. If I can hold my frustration level until then I may wait until then to give it a final try before accepting the credit. Who knows by then it will probably have dropped in price on Amazon anyway.
