Yeah he also does support on his Facebook page. That's how I came to know about the app. I don't understand why you have a problem with this. Facebook is the new way to get support quick as long as it doesn't require like logs or is a personal issue. It also helps other users know that they too are experiencing the same bug and it's just not them. I do this all the time and have had great results.
I don't need a response just for him to see it whenever he checks his page.
