Others are right that the line numbers given are indeed in generated ePub doc, not in your word doc, so they don't really help you with your doc itself. Trying to figure out what the error actually means is a good way to go!
Another option would be to download the epub we created, unzip it, and then find those line numbers in the files it complains about.
