Are there any apps for any Android devices that can do the following--

I want to be able to highlight, just like in the Kindle. But, like the Kindle, instead of just highlighting the text on the screen, I need to also be able to create the equivalent of the "my clippings" file. In other words, a text file that contains those clippings. I would then need to be able to then transfer that file to my computer, either via USB or just email it to myself through the device.
