I got it from the Essex library, which seems to be the only UK one I could find. You just register with your UK address. It works fine with my London address.

I use the pdf format books, shame it has so many books in mobipocket though.
Having a Sony Reader, I cannot use books in mobipocket format. I know that conversion is possible, but it is beyond my skill level!
