Collectors of eBooks are a unique breed and the vast majority of readers are NOT Collectors.

However, I have been collecting music on wire recorders since 1930, tape after 1960 and mp3 after 1990. I have thousands of songs collected in at least 5 languages. Most folks don't do that either.

By the way, all the eBooks I read range from 600 to 1,000 pages and usually cost about $ 10. Someone, who collected those types of eBooks, would have spent $ 60,000 to collect those eBooks. That is a lot of money for a HOBBY.

I really doubt that Amazon will ever cater to eBook Collectors. Collectors would have a better chance trying to deal with Calibre to expand their software to meet their needs.
Simaru, every time I read a post of yours I have an insane urge to scream. I have re-read hundreds of books again and again. Ohh and I've never even read the bible or any 'classic'.

And I don't 'throw' books away.
