They say that in the announcement but it actually isn't accurate. I am working on my pc app at work correcting some books for my collections and they downloaded the collections from the cloud during a sync. I am not sure it it is downloading the pw or k4pc ones but they downloaded and MESSED up my order even though they were all there before the sync. It is as if they delete them then re-download them.
