As far as I can see that tablet is based on an ARM family processor. In which case if it can run Windows 8 it will be the version that runs on the Microsoft Surface RT. Despite its name it cannot run standard Windows programmes that you would run on a Desktop PC - it needs special versions of software built for that version of Windows.
