I am trying to upload a photo for the photo profile picture. I made sure it was less than 100 x 100 pixels (90 x 100) and it is only 8.2 KB. But it fails to upload each time.
In Adobe Photoshop I also saved it as a Web photo, that doesn't work either.
Anyone that been successful to upload their profile photo, I'd appreciate some insight!
