I wouldn't bet on it.

They are crafty, but I think it spells out in more than one spot that the Operating System is Android 4.2. With the graphics on the page you could easily be confused, but it says "Switch UI style at will" not actually switch between Operating Systems. Still for the price it seems like a decent Android Jellybean phablet.
