Looking for recommendations. Both Hebrew and English text a must. Would also love to have annotations, although not a must. Any recommendations on standalone interpretation books?

Wouldn't it be great if you could buy the Tanach and then a separate interpration book and have links from one book lead to the other. Maybe one day this will be possible.
