Some people just take things too personal or find a derogatory sub-text where none is intended.
Criticizing a company's management for misreading the market, missing a clear trend, or pointing out limitations in a product is not the same thing as expressing hate or insulting its users and it definitely doesn't require a fiery response.
Of course, some people just do it to get a rise out of the vulnerable.
