That's quite a list price they put on that one.
In the US the list for the paperback will be $14.95 (before any discounting), although it doesn't come out from that publisher (Skyhorse/Arcade) until April of 2014. Their list price for the eBook in the US is $47.95

with most stores discounting it to $28-$30.
They (Skyhorse) are of course free to charge what they wish, but IMO that's crazy pricing for a 280ish page backlist fiction title (or frontlist for that matter).
All the other books they put out in that series (only some are published by them) look to be the same list price as the paperbacks ($14.95). Unless they think they can get some desperate ebook buyers to purchase and plan to lower the price when the print version comes out from them in April? No idea.
