There are two calibre plugins supporting Annotations export from a connected iDevice.
The
Annotations plugin supports GoodReader and Marvin.
Marvin XD includes the Marvin annotations support from the Annotations plugin.
Additionally,
Marvin offers several other alternatives to export Annotations and Highlights.
