I'm referencing where you said, "the screen changed and it begun to load normally, but when i touched the Menu Button the screen got frozen again." Did it finish loading, did you give it a few minutes? Some of these resets or restores take several minutes and the unit appears to be doing nothing while in the middle of them for fairly long periods.

I'd plug it in and let it charge for at least four hours, try holding the power slider for at least 20 seconds, then hold the reset button (paperclip) in while powering up for 5-10 seconds and watch the screen and for the light show on the LED when you release the paperclip. If unsuccessful, try again. Give the unit several minutes any time you try a reset and observe it to see what happens. If you have an SDHC card in the side, remove it first. You can try leaving it plugged in while doing this. Also make sure of the charging source and cable you're using. If the battery is low enough the unit will do nothing.

Good luck.
i'll try the things you recommend me and then i'll post the results.

No.. im not giving the unit some "minutes", that may be the problem, im gonna try it, instead i was checking if the LEDs did the normal lighting process

i'll be back with more news, fellas, thank you all!

Update:
After using the paper clip + holding the power button for 10seconds the blue LED turned on and now it won't turn off! 15 minutes on and counting...
