You know, if you don't wish to hear your customers constantly bitching about a certain issue,
fix it.
I'm not aware of having repeated myself in this thread (then again, I'm too busy to be re-reading my posts); I've simply been reacting to posts made by you and afv011, in which you appear to be suggesting that manually upgrading OSs on handheld devices is a universally acceptable solution for 2013. I just don't think so!
