Probably 90% + of my purchases are £1.99 and below. But I've paid £5-6 for certain books that I knew I really wanted to read - although even then, I waited for them to come down in price first before buying. I'm on a fairly limited budget and I would never pay hardback prices, but then I didn't do that very often when I read physical books either.
