By default Mantano has the volume rocker set for page turns but it's fully configurable. That's likely the case for some of the other reader apps as well.
Depending on what kind of cover you put on the device the rocker button may not be so easy to use. I use the
Poetic Slimline case which I'm very happy with but the case makes it harder to use the button.
Edit: Both Aldiko & Moon+ can also use the volume rocker for page turns.
