Thank you for alerting us to what Amazon US members can acquire for free.

Amazon condescendingly anointed Aus with its own Amazon ebook store yesterday. They achieved this by hiding all the aspects of the amazon.com screens that they felt like and then displayed what they thought they could get away with showing Australian members.

They've pretty much matched the prices of all other Australian ebook sellers with their pricing (from what I can see), and think we should be in awe that they've now got a site called amazon.com.au. .....

For Australians Earthly Delights on amazon.com.au is $11.80.

It seems that the US version is Poisoned Pen Press, and the Aus version is Allen & Unwin.

A sleight of hand perhaps ....
