I prefer Outlook.com which is formally Hotmail. So many nice features for free. I've been using them for years. Free Pop, Free IMAPI and Free Aliases.

I also have Gmail but the spam lately has made me to start migrate over to outlook not to mention you can't do much sorting from their web interface. I still use it on Android devices of course.

Yahoo I have as well but never use it anymore. It's days of glory are way over.

I also own my own domain email but never use it unless I get one of their services that refuse free emails which does occasionally happen. I just set up a forwarder to my free account. I pay $10 a month for my webhosting.
