GoDaddy would be glad to sell you that service, but many Local ISP's offer domain hosting. (your domainame is served on their servers). If you are a bigtime user, many also offer CoLo facilities (Your server Racked at their premises with a big fat Internet pipe available).
Local ISP's like Sonic.net (my ISP) offer great services at affordable prices.
Do check their track record. There are lots of here today, gone tomorrow.

Always keep a Local copy of anything you want to save. Meltdowns happen , even to the big guys.
