Mine's a bit more expensive as my ISP is also my web host, but a google search for "email host" will give lots of options. 
 
Domain name *averages* about $9/year (some cheaper, some more). You'll need an email app that can handle pop3 or imap (pop3 - everything downloaded - imap - mail remains on host until deleted). Every OS that I know about has a native email app. 
 
Takes a bit of setup, but most email hosts have help files and/or help desks.

 Thanks jgaiser and Brian.   Are the email accounts less annoying than the gmail and yahoo?
I will look into that next.
