Yes, I was. But not just that; I'm not fascinated by hardware hybrids, either. For a productivity device in a stricter sense of the word, a 10-inch screen is hardly sufficient. My MacBook Air is 11.6 inches, and it's great, but for any work requiring multiple windows or heavy multi-tasking, I need to launch my desktop machine with the 30-inch central monitor.
Bottom line: a tablet screen seems too small for a productivity device in a stricter sense of the word, while a larger screen of such a productivity device would likely be too unwieldy to handle as a tablet. That's why I don't quite believe in hardware hybrids, either.
There are rumours about a possible future iPad Pro with a 12-inch or 13-inch screen, which could be Apple's first hybrid device, but I'm rather skeptical in that regard.
