A signed copy of "The White Goddess" by Robert Graves. He visited Australia in the late 1960s on a lecture tour, so I took my copy with me to the lecture and queued up to see him afterwards. He took the book, looked at me with piercing blue eyes, and wrote "Blessed be She" and signed his name. I never got over it!
