If you are saying you want the metadata inside the ePub to match the one in Calibre, then simply use the Polish Books feature of Calibre (or the Modify ePub plugin) to update the embedded metadata to match that shown in Calibre.

If you are looking for some way of simply being being shown books where they do not match I do not know of any easy way of doing that. It could probably be done via a plugin - but I am not sure there would be any interest in developing such a plugin.
