My first CyBook came with a defective screen; it didn't refresh properely so there was a very noticeable and very annoying ghosting effect.
I have it changed under warranty through my local official Reseller. The carrier who brought to my home the new CyBook collected my old broken one too.
It took in total a couple of days to have a brand-new reader in my hands, since my first complaint mail.
Since then I had no problem whatsoever with the new reader.
