I found the email from customer service to see. I was using a ipad. So it says computer or laptop. I would contact them.
Unfortunately our iOS Application do not accept Promo Codes; you need to redeem your code through a computer or laptop (this also applied to Kobo Wireless eReaders, BlackBerry/Android Applications.)
