I'm Pati, coming at ya from smack dab in the center of Texas. Now that the stereotype is out there... no, that's really not who I am. I'm a Patriotic, tiedye wearing, tree hugging, hippy.

I've been a reader longer than I can recall and I've owned the first gen Nook for years. I'm just about ready to look into upgrading as I think it's finally about to go.

I can't believe I never discovered this forum until now. I've been a forum user for a long time and it was a search for a program to convert mobi fiiles to epub that actually led me here.

I've know the programs were out there - just haven't had the need for one until now.

I'm looking forward to some exciting, stimulating and humorous discourse here amongst fellow readers!
