File save/load added to editor
Icon added to context and tools menu
Add current selection to editor when opened

I'm working on restructuring the code to provide progress information and a list window to the similar to the download window. This may take a while to get working. I'm also restructuring the code so html2epub can be called instead of html2lrf.
