I used the settings of the image that you have posted and now all the names of the books are accurate, thank you!!!

To reverse the name - surname, I checked and I set
author_sort_copy_method "copy"
a trick that I had already taught but do not understand why when I import the books have the name before surname

One last thing and then I do not break anymore, I do not understand why, if I rename a book in calibre, the changes that I do not even transfer to the physical file in the folder, in fact if re-import the same file, I see the old name. How can I make the changes permanent ?
