You want the phrase to be capitalized, not put in lower case. You do this using bulk metadata edit/search and replace. See the attachment for what to do. Make a backup of your library before running the search and replace, because there is no undo. Because you are changing the title, the search & replace will take a long time.

As for the author name, you need to do three things:

1) Use the quality check plugin to ensure that all your authors are in LN, FN order. They will have the comma.
2) Set the tweak (Author sort name algorithm (ID: author_sort_copy_method)) to "copy"
3) Use bulk metadata edit/search & replace to remove all the commas in author names.
