Maybe the scale just doesn't go far enough to show granularity at the high end?
That big "cluster" might be a spectrum that runs from 1 book a week plus one extra on holidays to 1 book a day. The cluster might spread out into a distributed bell curve...
...Or maybe we'd only hear from retirees.
