Download books into Kindle for Mac

Open the location the books are stored. You should see your books there (the file names relate to the books ASIN on Amazon)
Usually [user]/Library/Application Support/Kindle/My Kindle Content

Add the books to Calibre either by dragging them into the library screen or using Add Books.
