Itīs not only Gmail I get this error, I also will get with GMX and Hotmail
I do not know what I can do
On OSX 10.8.2 I donīt use any Firewall or anti-virus program

I know this is an old thread, but I just had this problem.

Try checking to make sure the email address you are sending from is an 'allowed' one in your Amazon preferences. If not add it to your allowed email addresses.
