As far as I know, none of the 0.7.x versions of Sigil is supported on OS X 10.7 (Lion). You need Mountain Lion (10.8) or newer to run Sigil v0.7.x.

From the InstallationInstructions on the wiki

Unpack the DMG file and drag the "Sigil.app" file to your Applications folder.
