Foxconn has more than 1 mio workers working for every single major electronics brand, not just Apple. The 2000 in the US will at most replace 2000 in China, so it is not a big deal --- you can't easily find new workers in China，anyway. Wages in China are going through the roof. And they have expanded into other areas. Their parent company just bought a 4G license in Taiwan.
