Actually you can still buy the Ipod Touch 4, as I did buy the 32gb model just last week from Amazon. Even though there is a Ipod Touch 5 that is $100 more than the 4 model. I didn't need Siri or the extra $100 charge. Touch4 updates to 6.1.3 . Touch5 has Siri and is the ios7. I only wanted the audiobooks and email, weather....don't need Siri.
Just chatted with Amazon and they say send it in again as "good" and try again (good is $76). Not sure I like trade-in. It takes 7 business days from sending it. Now I have to wait who knows how long to get it back.

If I hadn't marked return, they probably would have given me the $25 offer

I believed.
I should have taken pictures of it. I only used in to listen to at night, it never left the house. Don't know how it got minor scratches. Who cares anyway it works perfectly. I saw they are asking over $90 used for badly scratched and wi-fi not working at Amazon (a few sellers are).
